Account Manager

Job Description:

The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships. To ensure smooth transitions from sale, to marketing team handoff, and throughout the client’s lifecycle. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Can efficiently and effectively communicate and coordinate objectives from client to marketing and design team. Account managers will create checks and balances throughout work cycle and among the creative team.


  • Create and maintain schedules
  • Serve as the key contact for assigned clients
  • Have the ability to hit the ground running with projects in unfamiliar fields
  • Effectively manage relationship and communicate project process and requirements
  • Ensure optimal on-boarding of new clients by coordinating activities between implementation services and client to assure products and services meet/exceed clients expectations
  • Handle incoming clients requests; problem solve as necessary
  • Gain insights on changing customers’ needs so the company can proactively and quickly respond
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with team and client(s)
  • Manage several projects at various stages
  • Multi task daily
  • Detail oriented and possess a greater understanding of the nuances of each customer project


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field
  • Ability to perform self-directed activities
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to work cooperatively with various internal departments
